How to use: Using NEO Elixir at home for eyelashes and eyebrows:
Before use, remove decorative cosmetics from the eye area, eyelashes and eyebrows with Lovely micellar water. Rinse off the remaining micellar water with Lovely cleansing foam or shampoo.
Gently apply NEO Elixir with a brush to the cleaned and prepared eyelashes or eyebrows. It is possible to use an eyebrow film to enhance the effect and speed up the impact of the main components of NEO Elixir.
Soaking time 2-5 minutes. Remove any residue first with a dry brush, then with a slightly damp cotton disc or cotton bud.
After the lamination procedure, for thin, damaged, weakened and porous lash&brow, we recommend using the product daily for 1-2 months to restore. To maintain lash and brow hairs growth, to thicken the hair, we recommend using the product 3-4 times a week.

Apply NEO Elixir to the eyelashes/eyebrows with a brush after removing the second treatment or colour (if colouring is part of the complex). It is not necessary to use a film. Dwell time 2-3 minutes. Remove the residue first with a dry cotton disc, then with a slightly damp one. After that, you can apply a third composition for lamination or long-term styling.
